What is my approach to coaching?

I envision myself as the manager of a baseball team. You must put together a team to go out and compete and try to win against as many opponents as possible. A good manager identifies a strengths and weaknesses and places them in the right position to succeed every time. That is what a good business coach does.

A good coach asks questions of their clients, like, “What is your skill set?” “Where are you trying to go in your business?” “What is your approach to things?” “What do you need help with?”. They identify the clients “big picture” and address the small pieces of the puzzle to create a full system.

If you look at any success story you’re going to see one thing in common; they have a system. They do the same thing and they get the same results. That’s what a coach tries to do with their clients. Get a system that works for them.
