Are you seeing ALL your website form data?

Like many other business owners, my client gets so many emails everyday. It is hard to keep up with them all. Unfortunately, he was unable to quickly see the emails from his website’s contact form and there was a downtick with closing website leads.

The solution I came up with was to store the data somewhere else. He still got the emails with the form data but also the data was put into a Google Sheet.

Now he was able to look in ONE place to see who has requested information on his website (usually Leads). And even a greater benefit…

Now he can have anyone in his company looking at the data and getting back to the requests in a very timely manner.

Since implementing this feature, his close rate on website leads has risen dramatically because of the quick response rate.

Also another benefit… tracking the data in this format allows to get better analytics on the data coming from the website.

Another example on how implementing simple systems and reviewing the data can greatly improve the results in a business and allow the business owner to have more control!
